I had the Black Bean and Quinoa Chili, and it was absolutly wonderful! Not too spicy, but full of flavor. This past week I had bought some black beans with hopes to replicate it for everyone at home. Among my searches I dicovered this cooking blog, &lt;a href="http://closetcooking.blogspot.com/2008/07/black-bean-and-quinoa-chili.html"&gt;http://closetcooking.blogspot.com/2008/07/black-bean-and-quinoa-chili.html&lt;/a&gt;, and his recipe for the chili. I have always been against anti-bacterial items such as soaps, wipes, hand sanitizers etc. And only getting on prescriptive meds if it's absolutely necessary. My thoughts have always sided with those who think that all of this super clean, no germ environment would breed a better kind of bug, resistant to all antibiotics. I like dirt, I like germs - they help me be less sick, less often, by boosting my immune system.
